Returns & Exchanges
We do ask that if you are needing to do a return, please contact us at: email@example.com before returning your item to us so that we can confirm if your item(s) are eligible to be returned, under our policy.
Returns Policy Specifics:
Clean, Unworn, and unused merchandise can be returned within 10 days of receipt of delivery for store credit. Items must still have original tags attached. The items must also be free of any odors including but not limited to tobacco, perfumes, or body odor. Items must also be free of any animal hair.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Clearance and Sale items that has been marked down from their original retail value are not eligible for return. These include items purchased with discount codes and special offers. Please do not send back clearance or sale items as your return will be rejected.
Once merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be given in the form of store credit only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please do not send your items to us after 7 days, It will be rejected. If your item does not meet our return requirements, we will notify you of your options to pay to have it shipped back to you.
Errors and Manufacturer Defects:
We will pay for return shipping on order errors due to our mistake or defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect please promptly submit pictures of the defect to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt via postal delivery. If we find the error to be ours and re-confirmed once we receive and inspect the item, we will exchange it for another of the same or a store credit if the same item is not available. All original tags must be attached or return will be rejected as well as any reports of defects after the 48 hour time frame. If you notice an item is defective after the 2 day period we can not accept the return. Items can not be submitted as defective after wear or once tags have been removed.
