Shipping:

• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or Free on Purchases over $200
• Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
• Once out of our hands, please understand that the responsibility is with the US Postal Service and not with Gemma’s Treasure. 
• We do offer a Warranty for Purchase on all orders. If you would like a warranty on your order, please ensure you have it selected with your purchase at checkout. 

• Returns:

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
• The items must also be free of any odors including but not limited to tobacco, perfumes, or body odor. Items must also be free of any animal hair. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
